I saw this colorful tradional Rangoli artwork with theme of Environment protection and wated to share.
“Rangoli (ran-goal-i, also known as Alpana, Kolam and by other names) is a traditional art of decorating courtyards and walls of Indian houses, places of worship and sometimes eating places as well (Rangoli is drawn in Office Establishments also on Festive Occasions). One of the entries in Rangoli competition at Indian Bank, Head Office, Chennai on the eve of Aayudha Pooja. The theme was Environment Protection October 10, 2005″
